Community Rabbi, Toronto Since 2003
Leading Toronto's Bukharian Jewish community since 2003, Rabbi Malaib was appointed by the Shaarei Zion institutions and has established multiple synagogues across the GTA with vibrant Torah and community programs.

Rabbi, Certified Sofer & Shochet
Born in Ceuta, Spain and trained at prestigious yeshivot in Gateshead and Jerusalem. A graduate of Rabbi Kelemen's CKD program, he holds semicha from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and serves Toronto's Bukharian community.
